Each bella is as unique and beautiful as the people that receive them. Enclosed with each bella is our story, a display ring, and our authenticity card with it’s bella produzione number. Please take the time to register your individual bella on our registration page, and share a story with us! They are handcrafted by skilled artisans in the city of Tacoma, Washington. Irregularities in color and appearance mean that each bella is handmade and unique. Computer screen color output varies and may cause a shift in the actual color. All bellaballs are shipped via UPS ground, unless otherwise requested.,

bellaballs wishes you to have a beautiful experience with us. We package your bella with care to ensure it arrives safely. If you find your item is damaged in shipment, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your bellaball for a refund, exchange or store credit. Please contact customer service at 253-627-0183, 9am-5pm (PST), Monday-Friday or write to customerservice@bellaballs.com with any questions. bellaballs with their original packaging, in saleable condition may be returned up to 30 days after the date of purchase for exchange or store credit.
